Today Tajik Parliament will define a date for national referendum
Dushanbe, 10.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — Today deputies of the Lower House of Parliament of Tajikistan will define a date for a national referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Recall that amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic will be made by the suggestion of members of Majlisi milli and deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Today, at the regular meeting of the second session of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan the deputies of the Lower House of Parliament will also consider the draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On investments”, “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On safety”, “On introduction of amendments and additions to the criminal code of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Criminal-procedure code of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
