DUSHANBE, 19.09.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The draw of the qualifying tournament of the 2019 Asian Futsal Championship among youth teams (U-20) in the Central zone took place yesterday, September 18, at the headquarters of the Asian Football Confederation in Kuala Lumpur. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

According to the results of the draw, the youth team of Tajikistan was in the group B together with the teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Group A includes Iran, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan.

The qualifying tournament of the Asian Championship will be held on December 1-4 in Tashkent. According to regulations of the tournament, only 3 teams of Central zone — the winners of the groups – will advance to the final part of the 2019 Asian Championship,  as well as the teams that took second places, will play playoffs for the third berth.
