Tajik Interior Minister held a meeting with the head of Huawei company in Beijing
Dushanbe, 25.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”).- The Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro in the framework of his working visit to China has met in Beijing with the head of Huawei company for Central Asia Kew Venchu.
According to press center of the Interior Ministry, during the meeting the sides discussed the issues of cooperation in the field of automated traffic management “Safe city”.
R. Rahimzoda noted that after the commissioning of “Safe City”, on the roads of Dushanbe has improved the security of citizens, protection of public order and prevention of offenses.
Also, the issues of improving the level of knowledge of employees of this sector, eliminating some technical flaws and technical assistance to “Safe city” were considered.
The company Huawei has expressed its readiness to contribute fully to eliminating existing problems.
The Tajik delegation also visited the Centre for automated traffic management “Safe city” in Beijing.
