Dushanbe, 7.04.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/.  Today, an international scientific-practical conference “Modern state of science and law on operational and investigative activities” took place at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with participation of the leadership of the law enforcement agencies, power structures, foreign guests, representatives of embassies, international organizations, scientists and specialists of law field.

Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda during his speech has noted that the theme which will be discussed today is one of the important issues of operational-search activities, as well as in the fight against terrorism is considered one of the main and important directions.

It should be noted that the aim of this conference is to identify the position of operative investigation in the structure of law sciences, the analysis of the problems, relationships and alignment of law of criminal-procedural and operational-search activities.
