Kyrgyz Interior Minister arrives in Tajikistan
Dushanbe. 15.04.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Kyrgyz Interior Minister Melis Turganbaev arrived in Tajikistan to attend the first meeting of a joint board of the interior ministries of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan which will take place on April 14-16 in the city of Gulistan of Sughd region.
According to the Tajik interior ministry, the joint meeting is reportedly discussing issues related to expansion of cooperation between the law enforcement authorities of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in combating extremism, terrorism and organized crime, as well as exchange of experience in the field of police reform.
