Сooperation between World Bank and Central Asian countries
Dushanbe, 14.10.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On October 12, 2016 an exhibition of artworks and cultural displays was held at the World Bank headquarters dedicated to the 20th anniversary of cooperation between World Bank and Central Asian countries and 25th anniversary of the Independence of the Central Asian countries.
The Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United States contributed in organizing cultural corner of the country and exhibition of Tajik artists — Komil Yodgorov, Akmal Mirshakar, Azam Otakhonov and Farukh Nematzoda.
During the event World Bank Vice President Cyril Muller delivered a speech and informed the participants on cooperation between the World Bank and countries of the region during this period and thanked the Embassies for in organizing the exhibition.
The exhibition will last at the World Bank James D. Wolfensohn Auditorium till October 28th.
