UzLiDeP delegates endorse candidacy of Shavkat Mirziyayev to post of President
Dushanbe, 20.10.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Delegates of the Eighth Congress of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan endorsed the candidacy of Shavkat Mirziyayev to the post of the President of Uzbekistan, Uzdaily reported.
The Eighth Congress of the UzLiDeP was held in Tashkent on 19 October 2016.
The delegates of the UzLiDeP congress unanimously supported the candidacy of Shavkat Mirziyayev to the post of the President on behalf of the party.
Presidential elections in Uzbekistan will be held on 4 December 2016. Currently, Shavkat Mirziyayev is Interim President of Uzbekistan.
