French PM Valls to announce candidacy for 2017 presidential election
Dushanbe, 06.12.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. French Prime Minister Manuel Valls has publicly announced his candidacy for the left primary in preparation for the 2017 presidential election on Monday in Evry, a commune in the suburb of Paris, Xinhua reports.
“I am a candidate for the presidency of the Republic,» he said, adding that «I want to give everything to France.» I have this strength in me, this desire to serve my country, it is beyond words”.
“I can no longer be prime minister”, he said, adding that he would leave office since Tuesday.
