DUSHANBE, 27.03.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On March 24, a celebration of International Navruz festive was organized jointly by 12 countries in the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), MFA Information Department reported.

According to the ministry’s message, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna Yury Fedotov, congratulated a festival for Nowruz. A video with a nature and landscape of all Navruz countries was demonstrated throughout the event, which lasted for 3 hours. More than 1000 people attended this festival.

It is also reported that Tajikistan corner was decorated with ancient handicrafts such as embroidering, different national costumes and information materials. National Navruz culinary specialties, sweets and dry fruits were offered to the guests.
