Meeting of the Council of CIS Ministers of Internal Affairs kicks off in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 28.06.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The meeting of the Council of CIS Ministers of Internal Affairs kicked off here in Dushanbe today.
The Ministers of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan — Ramil Idris Oglu Usubov, Belarus — Igor Shunevich, Kazakhstan — Kalmukhanbet Kasymov, Kyrgyzstan — Ulan Isroilov, Russian Federation — Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Uzbekistan — Abdusalom Azizov, as well as the Director of the Coordination Bureau to combat organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes on the territory of the CIS Oleg Konovalov, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova Oleg Babin, Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia Vardan Yeghiazaryan, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Konysbek Zhusupbekov have arrived in Dushanbe.
The main issues to be discussed at the meeting, will be priority issues of cooperation of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the CIS states-participants, the implementation of the interstate programs on combating crime, draft documents concerning the implementation of the interstate search of persons by competent agencies and return of minors to their state of permanent residence, as well as cooperation in the fight against crimes committed using information technologies.
