Mayor Rustami Emomali reported on the results of socio-economic development of Dushanbe city for 11 months
DUSHANBE, 12.12.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The thirteenth session of the Majlis of People’s Deputies of Dushanbe city (fifth convocation) was held in Dushanbe on December 11. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Department of Public Information and External Affairs at Dushanbe mayor’s office.
The session of the Majlis of People’s Deputies reviewed 5 issues. Mayor Rustami Emomali reported on the results of socio-economic development of Dushanbe city for 11 months of this year and tasks for 2018. Then the deputies discussed the issue of the adoption of the city budget for 2018.
According to the agenda, the session also considered the issues of implementation of the programs and plan-actions of the Executive body of state authority of Dushanbe city in the field of education and innovations in this sector, as well as the approval of the Decrees of the Mayor of Dushanbe city. In addition, the issue of approving the powers of deputies of polling stations No. 58, 61, and 67 was considered.
Mayor Rustami Emomali noted that the volume of gross regional product (GRP) in the capital of Tajikistan has been increasing year by year, and for 11 months of this year it amounted to 7 billion 510 million somoni, which is more by 5,8% compared to the same period of last year.
