DUSHANBE, 13.02.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The influential newspaper of the Middle East – “Al-Ahram”, which published since 1875 in the Arab Republic of Egypt, has published an analytical material on the terrorist activities of the TEO IRPT in Tajikistan and its secret relation with IS /»Islamic state»/, Jabhat an-Nusra, Jaysh al-Nur (free army), Ikhwan al-Muslimin and other extremist and terrorist organizations. Recently, the attention of the world community to the secret crimes of members and the leadership of the terrorist and extremist organization Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan /TEO IRPT/ has been increasing more. In other words, now the acts of renaissances are known to all peoples of the world. We provide an article by Egypt’s state-owned newspaper “Al-Ahram” below.

Between these two terrorist groups — the IRPT and IS had been established cooperation on logistical assistance and training of personnel for carrying out terrorist acts. And this is at a time when the large number of members of the TEO IRPT fighting in the ranks of the terrorist organization IS in Syria and Iraq. Some others are fighting under the banner of Jabhat al-Nusra, Free Syrian Army and the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan.

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan declared the activity of the IRPT banned, and included it in the list of terrorist groups. This happened after the commission of unsuccessful criminal revolutionary actions by party members against the government. The IRPT intended to commit this act with the help of the former Deputy Minister of Defense, General Abduhalim Nazarzoda. Based on the Agreement on National Unity, which was signed in 1997 in Moscow, A. Nazarzoda was one of the active members of the party.

Ways and newly-created secret groups

According to NIAT “Khovar” correspondent, the TEO IRPT using IS experience introduced new and secret ways and means to attract young people. The IRPT also created several terrorist groups.

The leadership and organizers of the TEO IRPT, since the beginning of party’s functioning in the 70s of the last century, have introduced various forms of membership, and this procedure continues to this day. One part of members was composed of those who spoke among people and propagandized. In Soviet times, such people engaged in light and invisible work (as guardians of water-pumps, warehouses and garages) in various structures of the economy and at night secretly carried out propaganda among the dehkans, who made up a large part of society. Tajik labor migrants, who are in foreign countries, particularly in Europe, have also been subjected to such an unfortunate influence.

The other part of the IRPT were and are those who studied in the camps of IS. They are directly guided in the commission of terrible crimes, such as the killing and terror of famous people, kidnapping, theft and robbery, and they are called the IRPT militants. For the leadership of the Islamic renaissance it was not and is not important that how the murder is committed, against whom it is committed and with whose support it is committed, the main deal was that no one should know that the offender is a member of this party. In case of their detection the IRPT leadership refuse them. Surprising is that when the detainees declared and declare that they are a member of the IRPT and they committed a crime by a secret instruction of the party’s leadership, some members of the society do not pay attention to these words and do not want to believe thewords that were spoken by most detained in order to notify others about the danger of the IRPT.

The basis of the idea of ​​IS and IRPT originate from the same source. They use the teachings of ​​ the leader of Ikhwan al-Muslimin Said Qutb, who expounded his thoughts in the book “Maolim ala Tariq”. Also, the directions “Jamaat Muslimin”, “Takfir”, “Hijra” and other groups gain their power from this source. All of them are thinking of creating an “Islamic state” and to achieve this goal they realize any crime under the banner of religion and Islam. At that time Islam is pure from these works. The behavior of IS in the regions that are under their influence in Syria, Iraq and Libya are an obvious example for their acts.

Similar and monotonous barbaric crimes of both groups

A comparison of the activities of the members of IS and the IRPT recalls the bloody events of the 90th Soviet period. Then, a brutal crime committed simultaneously in two mosques in Kulob region and Qurghonteppa. Following the end of the Friday prayer, the IRPT members suddenly began to pull knives and attack people. As a result, dozens of prayers were killed, and many were seriously wounded. The detained criminals had confirmed their membership in the Islamic Party. It was an armed and political act of the party. The main purpose of this terrorist act was to determine the influence of Imam Khatibs in these mosques. Despite the fact that 99% of Tajikistan are Muslims and followers of the Imam Abu Hanifa’s madhhab, the members of the party had intended to spread their dirty ideas among the people.

In April 1992, when the civil war in Tajikistan started, the first thing that members of the party began to do was the kidnapping of influential people and the release of imprisoned party members in the area of the Turkmaniston of the Vakhsh district. Some of abducted people killed as a result of unbearable torture. Such atrocities resemble the actions of Islamic State in the Middle East. After the liberation of this region, hundreds of mutilated corpses were found at the hands of party members in the secret basement belonging to the party. Dozens of killed people were not found. One of the horrific scenes in these dungeons was the cutting-out of male reproductive organs. When TV shows the brutal crimes of Islamic State’ members in Syria, Iraq and Libya, Tajik citizens remember the terrible days of civil war in their country.

Shamsiddin Saidov was one of the responsible people at this prison and an active member of the political council. Now, he freely travels across Europe and from the high tribunes declares the human rights violations. Following failing his party, he wants to set up the world community against Tajikistan. Following collapse of the Soviet Union’s system and the outbreak of civil war, he didn’t manage to keep power.

The details and names of some banned Islamic Party members who possess a membership of terrorist groups in the Middle East under the slogans “jihad (warfare) in the name of Allah” are fighting against “kafir” (to refute and revile the Prophet) governments in Syria, Iraq and Libya was revealed. They were also used in the riots of the Arab Spring. At the beginning, most of the members of the banned Islamic party were distributed in the ranks of IS, Jabhat al-Nusra and the  Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, as they all adhered to the same line. This was a reciprocal gesture for the Taliban, who in every possible way provided every possible support to them during the civil war in Tajikistan. At that time, a man was named Amir Khattob, by nationality Arab, led military operations on the side of the Islamic revival party.

“Jabhat al-Nusra”

Tojiboev Saifiddin Ma’murovich was born in 1983, is a native of the Spitamen district of the Sughd Province; formerly he served the head of the banned Islamic party in the Spitamen district. The party’s activities in the Spitamen district were conducted with his assistance. He joined terrorist organisation «Jabhat al-Nusra», and was appointed emir of community group “Uzbekon”. By all means he called the Tajik – Uzbek young people to participate in Syrian war.  Tojiboev S. also called his brother Ibrohim Inom in the ranks of this organization, who with him is in Syria.

IS

— Sheraliev Faromuz Abduvalievich was born in 1975, is a native of Ponghoz community, Asht district. Graduated from Dushanbe religious (Madrassah) centre in 1992-1994. He worked as a teacher in «Mutavassila» madrassah at the township of Shahidon, Asht district. In 2004, he joined banned Islamic terrorist-extremist organisation. He joined this organization by the recommendation of his brother Abdumanon Sheraliev, who was born in 1973. Sheraliev A., currently living in Ukraine, writes articles to the web-sites of the terrorist-extremist organization of the Islamic party of Tajikistan. In his articles he propagandizes the ideas of the Salafi movement. In 2014, Sheraliev Faromuz joined IS terrorist-extremist organization and was killed in 2016.

— Ghairatov Muhammadjon Qurbonalievich was born in 1986, is a native of Kulob, nicknamed «Muhammad-take», «Kabud» and «Abdusamad». He is a member of banned Islamic party. In 2010, with the financial support of his uncle GhayratovAbdusamad Ismoilovich has been sent to study for a spiritual education in Zahedan city of Iran. In a short period of his study in Iran, in order to continue his studies he goes to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Then he gets to Syria and joins the IS terrorist-extremist organization.He is fighting in its ranks. Also, through the Internet network he calls other Tajik youth for jihad.

Free Syrian Army

Free Syrian Army supported by region’s most influential countries, the banned Islamic party of Tajikistan received also its assistance. Tabarov Mirzojuma Ibrohimovich was born in 1988, is a native of the Nurobod district, joined the ranks of this group. By the initiative of his father, he entered Madrassah named after Badruddin Al Hassani in the city of Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic in 2009. While studying in Syria he joined the terrorist group «Al-Jaish Al-Hur» (Free Army) after return to his homeland conducted propaganda of the ideas of rebel group. In 2017, he was prosecuted for allegedly propagating the ideas of the organization.

Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan

— Mamadshekhova Shoista Zikrilloevna was born in 1977, is a native of Spitamen district, Sughd Province, the former chairperson of the women’s department at the banned Islamic party of Tajikistan in Spitamen district. She joined IMU terrorist-extremist organization along with her sons Urunov Javohir who was born in 1999 and Urunov Begzod who was born in 2003. She is currently in the Pakistan’s North Waziristan.

— Rizvonov Abdulvohid A’zamovich was born in 1985, is a native of Roghun, former active member of the banned Islamic party. He studied in the madrassah «Tajdid-ul Quroi» in Zahedan city of Iran in 2008 to 2010. In 2016, he was detained and charged with following and propagating ideas and membership in the course of Salafi and is being prosecuted.

— Isoev Umed Habibovich is a responsible person for attracting to the ranks of Taliban movement. Isoev U.H., was born in 1985 in the town of Roghun and is an active member of the TEO IRPT. He also attended training in the madrasah “Tajdid ul Kuroi” in the city of Zohidon of the Islamic Republic of Iran from 2008 to 2009. He became a member of Salafia extremist organization and was detained for membership in this organization in 2016 and brought to criminal liability.
