DUSHANBE, 23.05.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, May 23, in the republic the weather is expected partly cloudy, in some areas – short rains, thunderstorm. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to the source, in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region the weather will be partly cloudy and in some areas — short rains. The wind is western, 3-8 m/s. The temperature in the west of GBAO at the nighttime is +5 +10 and in the daytime – +17 +22 degrees, in the east of GBAO at the nighttime is 0 +5, in the daytime – +5 +10 degrees.

In the Sughd region the weather is also expected partly cloudy and short rains (at the nighttime above 2500 m snow). The wind is western, 3-8 m/s, in some areas increasing up to 17-22 m/s. The temperature in the valleys at the nighttime is +14 +19 and in the daytime – +26 +31 degrees, in the mountains at the nighttime +2 +7 and in the daytime – +12 +17 degrees of heat.

In the Khatlon region the weather is partly cloudy, rainy, thunderstorm. The wind is western, 2-7 m/s. The temperature in the valleys at the nighttime is +14 +19 and in the daytime – +27 +32. In the foothills at night it is +7 +12 and in the daytime –  +18 +23 degrees of heat.

In districts of republican subordination – partly cloudy, short rains (at the nighttime above 3000 m snow). The wind is western, 3-8 m/s. The temperature in the valleys at the nighttime is +10 +15 and in the daytime – +23 +28 degrees. In the mountains at the nighttime is +5 +10 and in the daytime – +17 +22 degrees.

In Dushanbe — partly cloudy, short rains, thunderstorm. The wind is western, 3-8 m/s. The temperature at the nighttime is +11 +13 and in the daytime – +25 +27 degrees of heat.
