Prime Minister of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda met with President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain
DUSHANBE, 20.06.2018 /NIAT «Khovar»/. This afternoon, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain, who arrived in Tajikistan on an official visit and to attend the International High-Level International Conference “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028, met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the important issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
The Prime Minister of the country noted that today, the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon recognized as initiator country in the field of fight against terrorism and international extremism, water and natural resources, as well as other important issues on the international arena.
The Pakistani side stressed its interest in the development of the two countries relations.
On this day, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain also held a meeting with the Chairman of Majlisi namooyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zuhurov.
It is reportedly said that during the meeting, the two parties discussed inter-parliamentary relations of the two friendly countries.
