DUSHANBE, 25.07.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On 24 July 2018, the Chief of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahmon Ozoda Emomali held a working meeting with the participation of the Deputies Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the First Deputy and Deputy Chief of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Assistants to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, heads of the structural divisions of Executive Office of the President of the Republic Tajikistan, heads of ministries and agencies, as well as chairmen of cities and districts of republican subordination.

The theme of the discussion of the meeting was the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 22 May 2018, No. 1059 on preparation for a worthy celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The heads of the working groups, who according to the mentioned Order, are authorized in the cities and districts of the republican subordination for comprehensive preparation for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the chairmen of cities and districts of republican subordination made reports before the Chief of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahmon Ozoda Emomali.

The Chief of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, having heard the reports of the heads of working groups and chairmen of cities and districts, gave instructions to eliminate the existing shortcomings, especially to ensure the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, aimed at building of social facilities on every street, mahallas, villages, towns, districts, provinces and to take measures to attract state bodies and structures, as well as the country’s public to improving works in favor of a worthy celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On this basis, the heads of working groups and executive bodies of state authority were instructed and recommended to visit each street, mahalla, village and settlement, to study problems and shortcomings, as well as to take concrete measures to engage enterprises that have suspended their activities, to involve entrepreneurs to start construction and erect social facilities, including schools, libraries, hospitals, medical points, medical centers, maternity homes, mother and child homes, points for the conduct of circumcision ritual, pharmacies, hairdressers, baths, beauty salons, shopping and service centers, hotels, gyms, sports grounds, children’s playgrounds, milk processing enterprises, sewing enterprises, enterprises for sewing school uniforms, workshops for the production of carpets, atlas and adras, enterprises for the repair and reconstruction of country roads, bridges, installation of water supply and transmission lines in each village, as well as to take measures to improve motorways, to plant trees along roads, to erect public toilets, outlets “Dehkan Corner”, new gardens, to provide the population with jobs and eliminate problems in mahallas.

Following the meeting, the relevant decisions were taken and specific instructions were given to the heads of ministries and departments, working groups, executive bodies of state authority and other responsible persons for their timely implementation.
