DUSHANBE, 23.11.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. A conference devoted to the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Bokhtar city of Khatlon Province.

According to the Committee for Youth and Sports Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the given Committee Ahtam Abdullozoda made a speech at the conference.

He noted that the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon created all the necessary conditions and opportunities for the younger generation and youth. Therefore, it is necessary to make every effort to master the sciences, acquire modern knowledge in order to become highly qualified personnel and faithfully serve the Homeland. Then, A. Abdullozoda presented certificates to recipients of scholarships of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for the 2018-2019 academic year in Khatlon Province.

Deputy Chairman of the Khatlon Province Makhfirat Khidirzoda in her speech noted that dozens of new modern schools are being built and put into operation annually in the province, hundreds of young people are studying in reputable foreign universities, which indicates to the increased attention of the head of state to the future generation of the country.

The scholarship recipients of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan expressed their gratitude to the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon for providing favorable conditions and opportunities for learning.

Following the event, the masters of arts of the province gave a concert in honor of the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
