Tajikistan’s Interior Minister held a number of fruitful meetings in Dubai
DUSHANBE, 20.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 19, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Ramazon Rahimzoda, as part of Interpol General Assembly annual session, met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Nebojsa Stefanovic.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, during the meeting a wide range of issues of mutual interest, including bilateral cooperation, interaction within the Interpol Bureau, the situation in the modern world, threats and challenges to the national and regional security of the countries were discussed.
“It was paid particular attention to the issue of the detention of members of the terrorist extremist organization of the Islamic Renaissance Party /IRP/ led by M. Kabiri”, — the source noted.
On the same day, Ramazon Rahimzoda has also met with Abdul-Wahid Ahmed Al-Hamaddi, Director of the Interpol NCB, United Arab Emirates.
The two parties discussed the detention of wanted criminals and the fight against human trafficking, as well as presented a number of fruitful proposals on the issues under discussion.
