Tajikistan and Russia’s Joint 7th Conference on Interregional Cooperation Begins in Moscow
DUSHANBE, 16.04.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The 7th Conference on Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan opened today in Moscow. The conference is being held within the official visit of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the Russian Federation.
The conference is organized by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and the Tajik Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, with the support of the Roscongress Foundation.
The high-ranking Tajik and Russian delegations are taking part in the conference, reports the Tajik Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
The first day will include round tables on the key areas of cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia. The focus of discussions will include bilateral cooperation in agriculture, logistics, industry, development of mechanisms for investment, trade, education and culture.
The conference will last until tomorrow, April 17.
