DUSHANBE, 06.11.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – During the investigation and interrogation of the detainees, it became known that an armed terrorist group (all members of the so-called Islamic state), which this night attacked at the border post No. 4 ‘Ishkobod’ of the military unit of the Sultonobod border detachment, illegally crossed on November 3 the state border line of Tajikistan from Kalai Zol district of Afghanistan to a special assignment and moved to the territory of the Kubodiyon district.
They chose ‘Ishkobod’ border post as a suitable place and made an armed attack on it.
An operational investigative group is currently continuing the investigation.
