Military Parade Devoted to the Tajik Armed Forces Day Will Be Held Tomorrow in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 20.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Tomorrow, about 8,000 troops will take part in a military parade devoted to the Armed Forces Day, reports spokesperson of the Tajik Ministry of Defense Orif Nozimiyon. The parade will commence tomorrow.
The military parade will be held on the territory of the National Guard and will be led by the Minister of Defense Sherali Mirzo.
A ceremonial construction will take place in all military formations, units and garrisons. A festive concert will also be organized at Kokhi Borbad on February 22.
Since 1993, Tajikistan celebrates February 23 as the Armed Forces Day. The Armed Forces of Tajikistan is currently composed of ground forces, mobile forces, air forces and air defense forces.
