Dushanbe Carries Out Decontamination Works Using Special Vehicles
DUSHANBE, 29.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The COVID-19 pandemic has stirred up the entire world. Per instructions of the leadership of the state and the government, continual work is being rcarried out to prevent the emergence and spread of this infection.
A decontamination group has been created as part of the Special Quarantine Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to prevent and eliminate the possible emergence of the coronavirus. While using biochemical solutions, this group is disinfecting the departments of the internal affairs bodies, squares of the capital’s parks, the avenues, in Dushanbe as well as in other cities and districts.
Along with the Special Quarantine Police Department, specialists of the Main Directorate of the State Fire Service are using specially equipped machines with disinfecting agents to decontaminate parks, squares and other public places.

Riot Police’s special vehicles are also prepared for the disinfection of the capital’s roads, parks and squares. A special group has been created at the expense of the detachment’s staff equipped with the necessary protective clothing and antiseptic agents.
On April 27, while using special vehicles with chemicals along Rudaki and Ismoili Somoni Avenues, as well as the streets of Saadi Sherozi, Ibn Sino, work was carried out to prevent infectious diseases. Such targeted events are held every evening in the capital.
Such preventive measures are carried out late at night in order not to disturb the population. All measures are aimed at ensuring the protection of public health from possible infection.
