Over 185 Citizens Return from UAE
DUSHANBE, 30.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, per President Emomali Rahmon’s instruction, 188 Tajik citizens who were stranded in the United Arab Emirates due to the cancellation of international flights resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have been returned to Dushanbe.
They were flown by a special Somon Air flight from Dubai.
The remaining citizens stranded in Dubai will be repatriated on May 31 by Fly Dubai.
On May 27, a special Al Etihad flight brought to Dushanbe UAE’s humanitarian aid consisting of medical supplies.
