President Emomali Rahmon Sends Assistance Package to Sughd Privince
DUSHANBE, 18.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – President Emomali Rahmon has sent an assistance package to the Sughd Privince. The package, which consists of 900 tons of food and medications worth 6.5 million somoni is meant to provide socio-economic support for doctors and those infected with COVID-19.
In addition to medications, doctors working in regional hospitals will be provided with medical clothing, masks, gloves, protective equipment, antiseptics and other medical necessities.
The assistance package will be distributed throughout the eighteen cities and districts of Sughd.
