Tons of Expired Products Seized in Kulob Zone
BOKHTAR, 27.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The employees of Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Control Department in Kulob seized 31 tons of poor-quality and expired products in the Kulob zone in the last months.
According to the Deputy Chief of the department Olimsho Bahodurzoda, during this period, relevant checks were carried out in 272 retail and catering outlets. Administrative protocols were drawn up for 211 people, with fines imposed amounting to 36,888 somoni.
Department’s specialists conducted a study of 1222 samples of food and agricultural products during this time.
