More Citizens Return from Russia
DUSHANBE, 01.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On May 29 and May 30, another 49 Tajik citizens and 13 bodies of those who died in Russia were flown from Moscow to Dushanbe.
They were brought by special Ural Airlines flights.
During the period from May 19 through May 30, 680 citizens who were in temporary detention centers for foreign citizens and had documents for their departure, as well as 58 bodies of died abroad have been repatriated to Tajikistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan informs that per President Emomali Rahmon’s instructions, to implement a plan for the phased return of citizens, the possibility of organizing charter flights by domestic airlines is currently being studied.
Also, the process of repatriation of citizens from abroad will depend on the creation of necessary conditions, including the availability of appropriate places for quarantine in Tajikistan.
