URGENT: Nearly 100 New COVID-19 Cases Registered Today
DUSHANBE, 03.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – There are 91 new cases of COVID-19 infection. The total number of infected individuals is now 4,191. One person died as a result of the infection today, brining the total of this group to 48 individuals, reports the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Of the infected group, 2,347 individuals or 56% have been cured.
So far, 1463 people suspected of having the virus have undergone medical supervision. Of those 321 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours.
The government and the Ministry of Health are recommending following the set safety measures, such as strictly following the rules of personal hygiene, wearing protective masks, and keeping a distance of at least 1.5 meters between one another. In case of onset of symptoms, they advise seeing a family doctor or calling the hotlines (311 or 511) to consult with a specialist.
