Tajikistan Imported Hundreds of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment This Year
DUSHANBE, 08.07.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – In the first half of this year, 390 modern agricultural machinery and equipment were imported to Tajikistan, reports the Ministry of Agriculture.
The replacement of agricultural machinery for a country in which the agricultural sector is actively developing, is a very important issue. Machines that were replaced include tractors, various combines, seeders, threshers for wheat, and mowing machines.
Since independence, almost all agricultural machinery has been updated, the ministry said.
Under intergovernmental agreements, the agricultural machinery was imported from Belarus and Uzbekistan.
