Deputy PM in Khuroson Meets with Population Affected by Natural Disaster
DUSHANBE, 11.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – While on her trip to Khatlon, Deputy Prime Minister Shirin Ismatullozoda accompanied by Khatlon’s Chairman Kurbon Hakimzoda visited Chorbog village in the Khuroson district and met with its residents affected by natural disasters.
While on this village, Ismatullozoda visited Rajabali Gulomov’s house and got acquainted with the life of this family.
Gulomov noted that after his former home was destroyed by mudflow, the leadership of the government and state has assisted in the construction of housing in a safe place.
“On behalf of my family and residents of the village, I express my gratitude to President Emomali Rahmon for the care and support that we felt in those difficult days. Due to this, in a short time we became the owners of spacious houses,” Gulomov said.
Ismatullozoda also got acquainted with the construction of the medical center and talked with responsible persons here.
Fifty-three houses have already been built and occupied as of August 9, and the construction of most other houses is at the completion stage.
Ismatullozoda also visited Abdurahmoni Jami, and the tuberculosis and children’s departments of the Central Hospital and held a conversation with patients, hospital staff, other officials.
While in Yovon, the she also visited the surgical, maternity and several other departments of health care institutions and met with patients and medical workers.
