DUSHANBE, 27.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Due to non-observance of the rules of stay and the illegal acquisition of Russian citizenship, Izatullo Kholov, also known as Izat Amon, was deported from Russia by the decision of the court of Tvers district of Moscow, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case was initiated against him on the basis of Article 247 Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan. Kholov, who was on the official wanted list, was detained and is in pre-trial detention in Dushanbe.
While in Russia he received large amounts of money under the pretext of protecting the rights of Tajik citizens and labor migrants, which he then appropriated.
In order to release Hasan Sharipov, who is currently detained in Russia on charges of illegal drug trafficking, Kholov demanded and received from Hasan’s brother Bobojon Sharipov two payments, one for 40,000 rubles, and the second for $1,000.
Kholov did not take part in the investigative actions, did not carry out any work to defend the accused Hasan Sharipov, and did not provide him with any legal assistance.
Kholov spent the funds obtained by deception for his own needs, thereby causing material damage to Bobojon Sharipov on an especially large scale.
According to the testimony of Bobojon Sharipov, Kholov has deceived dozens of people in need of legal assistance, appropriating large amounts of money.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks citizens who were deceived by Kholov to contact 221-21-21.
