Families of Armed Border Conflict Victims Receive Compensation

DUSHANBE, 05.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Families of those killed as a result of armed border conflicts received 70,000 somoni.
Today Chairman of Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda and the Commander of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security Rajabali Rahmonali visited the houses of those killed in the border conflict and expressed condolences on behalf of the government of Tajikistan.
Ahmadzoda and Rahmonali visited the house of the deceased Bakhtovar Mahmudov, Sobir Vahobov, Manuchehr Kalandarov, Hakimboy Niyozov, Nusratullo Nabiev, Hasankhon Sharopov, Daler Eshonov, Ibrohim Hashimzoda, Hikmatullo Makhkamov and Mehruziddin Boltaev, and expressed condolences to their families.
Ahmadzoda added that the state and the government will never leave the families of the dead alone and will always take measures to support them, including the children of the martyrs. Particular attention will be paid to the education of children of the deceased until they reach adulthood, and after graduating from high school, they will be assisted by quotas to pursue their education. Also, a memorial plaque will be erected in their memory.
