Tajik Judokas Win Three Medals at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam

DUSHANBE, 29.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik judokas won three medals, including 1 silver and 2 bronze at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam, reports the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan.
In the — 90 kg weight category Komronshoh Ustopiriyon won the silver medal, and Jahongir Majidov won the bronze. Another bronze medal was won by Temur Rahimov in the +100 kg weight category.
The Grand Slam was held from November 26 through November 28 in Abu Dhabi with the participation of 220 athletes from 41 countries.
Winners were awarded with medals and prizes. The $5,000 award was given to the athletes in first place, $3,000 went to those in second place, and those in third place received $1,500.
