Minister of Internal Affairs and French Ambassador Discuss Cooperation in the Fight Against Terrorism and Extremism

DUSHANBE, 05.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Minister of Internal Affairs Ramazon Rahimzoda met with the French Ambassador to Tajikistan Michel Tarran.
The meeting focused on issues of cooperation, including the fight against terrorism, extremism, as well as illicit drugs and arms trafficking.
A number of fruitful proposals and recommendations have were made regarding modern threats and challenges, such as transnational organized crime, and a united struggle against them.
The parties expressed readiness to further develop and expand of cooperation.
