FM Muhriddin Condemns Armed Aggression of Kyrgyzstan as a Gross Violation of International Law

DUSHANBE, 22.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Tajikistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin attended a ministerial working breakfast of the CSTO member states.
Muhriddin noted the importance of coordinating the positions of the member states on the current agenda of the UN General Assembly.
He also gave detailed information about the military aggression of Kyrgyzstan on the border areas of Tajikistan and condemned these actions as a gross violation of international law.
He emphasized the importance of the adoption of the resolution of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly on «Cooperation Between the United Nations and the Collective Security Treaty Organization,» which contributes to deepening cooperation between organizations.
