President’s Aid Delivered to the Families of Victims of Border Conflicts in Sughd Region

DUSHANBE, 22.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 21, on behalf of President Emomali Rahmon, in order to support the socio-economic situation of residents of a number of cities and districts affected by border conflicts, as well as members of the families of the victims, a convoy of 45 trucks was sent from Dushanbe to the Sughd region with material assistance of the Government of Tajikistan
The next humanitarian assistance of the Head of State consists of food, fuel and construction materials.
The assistance will be transferred to the families of residents in the rural communities of Chorkuh, Lakkon, Chilgazi, Kulkand, Zumrad, Surkh, Vorukh of Isfara, and the rural communities of Ovchikalacha and Khistevarz of Bobojon Gafurov.
It should be noted that the President will again provide such material assistance to affected families in the coming days.
