DUSHANBE, 16.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – In spite of the meeting of the heads of the first structures of law enforcement agencies earlier today, an hour and a half after the announcement of a ceasefire, the Kyrgyz side resumed firing from group weapons and military equipment towards Ovchi-Kalacha of Bobojon Gafurov district, Vorukh, and Chorkuh of Isfara, reports the Press Center of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan.
The Kyrgyz side is moving additional military forces and equipment from the center of Batken district to the border areas.
Using military helicopters and drones, the Kyrgyz side is attacking Tajik citizens’ residences and civil facilities.
