Development of Tourism Industry in Tajikistan Will Be Discussed in Khorug

DUSHANBE, 16.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The scientific-practical conference entitled “Development of the tourism industry in Tajikistan: achievements and problems (studying the experience of GBAO)” will be held on July 20 in Khorug.
The conference will focus on the advantages of the tourism industry, strengthening of human resources, historical and cultural sites representing the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) in the international arena.
Additionally, the participants will discuss ways to develop the region’s infrastructure, mountaineering and hunting tourism, and ways to improve the quality of tourist services.
