Tajik Delegation Attends the CIS Ministerial Meeting in Kazakhstan

DUSHANBE, 18.09.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The next meeting of the Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held on September 15 in Turkestan of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by delegation of Tajikistan led by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Abdurahmon Alamshozoda, as well as the ministries of internal affairs of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, the CIS Executive Committee and the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center.
The meeting focused on 10 issues, including issues of priority cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the CIS member states and the implementation of the Interstate Program to Combat Crime, strengthening cooperation in the fight against cybercrime, searching for wanted criminals, drug trafficking and crime in transport.
