On November 8, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in continuation of his working visit to the cities and districts of Khatlon Province, commissioned a new building of the Art School of Jaloliddin Balkhi district in Sariroh village of Balkhi town.

It was informed that the Art School of Jaloliddin Balkhi district was built in a short time for the purpose of education and training of talented young people in the field of culture and art in modern educational conditions.

It was informed that the Art School of Jaloliddin Balkhi district is recruiting those who are over 10 years old.

In the newly built building, students study in the departments of choreography, visual arts, singing and musicianship, and after graduation they get a certificate.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the working conditions and the educational process in this newly built institution, paid attention to the issue of proper training and entrepreneurship of young people, and guided the students to learn the intricacies of musical instruments and the art of playing and singing.

The art school is the only modern industrial facility in the territory of Jaloliddin Balkhi district, which was built on the basis of the constructive goals of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon at the expense of the local budget, and is intended for the preparation of young people interested in the field of art.

Here, with excellent higher education, students are taught to play string, wind and percussion instruments. Students of this institution can continue their studies in higher education institutions after 5 years of graduation from this institution, depending on their chosen profession.
