Tajik Ambassador to France meets with the President of Business Council France-Tajikistan
Dushanbe, 15.02.2016. (NIAT «Khovar»). — On February 12, 2016 Ambassador of Tajikistan to France Homidjon Nazarov held a meeting with representatives of MEDEF International, Oberthur Technologies and DV-Conseil in the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in France.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan Homidjon Nazarov discussed future cooperation with the newly appointed President of the Business Council France-Tajikistan, Mr. Christophe Fontaine, who is an Identity Managing Director of Oberthur Technologies. The meeting was also attended by Project Manager of Balkans, Turkey and Central Asia of MEDEF International, Mr. Bogdan Gadenne-Feertchak, Ms. Zora Ahmadi, Sales Manager CIS and Russia for Oberthur Technologies and Mr. Denis Verret of DV-Conseil.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador informed the business representatives of the politico-economic situation in Tajikistan and the most perspective investment projects in the country. The parties discussed future bilateral plan of action on cooperation and communication between the two countries in hopes of strengthening ties and the possibility of implementing new projects in Tajikistan. The importance of participation of Tajik officials in events in frameworks of MEDEF International and the OECD Eurasia Week in 2015 was also noted. The sides agreed to keep strong cooperation and attract companies, both Tajik and French for future development.
