Official statement by the Security committee’s center for Public Relations
Dushanbe, 26.01.2016 (NIAT «Khovar»). — The center for public relations of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan categorically refutes various rumors that a group of employees of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit «Alfa» of SCNS of Tajikistan in Badakhshan Region abandoned their post.
These rumors were spread by interested internal and external groups and are intended to mislead the public and destabilize peace and stability in the country.
Currently, all units of SCNS of Tajikistan continue their professional activity in normal mode, and taking into account the strict observance of duty. Therefore, we ask all citizens not to spread all sorts of false and baseless rumors.
