CCI Chairman Sharif Said meets with Margarita Milikh
Dushanbe, 08.02.2016. (NIAT «Khovar»). — Meeting of Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Tajikistan Sharif Said, head of the international organizations program on law development — IDLO Margarita Milikh and coordinator of the EBRD Program on training of judges in commercial law in Tajikistan Saidmusaibi Alyamova was held in Dushanbe.
During the meeting the issues of development of the Institute of International commercial court of arbitration in Tajikistan and the role of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan in the system of international commercial law were discussed.
We will remind, under the CCI of Tajikistan is formed the Center for legal support on the development of the constantly operating institutes of Arbitration court and International commercial arbitration.
