Dushanbe, 02.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Council of Majlisi namoyandagon in the course of the session considered the draft law “On dehkan (farmer) economy” and “state industrial policy”.

According to the country’s Parliament, the draft amendments to the laws “On bodies of Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On periodical print and other mass media”, as well as the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on administrative offences were also discussed.

Special attention was paid to the issues of ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on the Project to improve the management of locust control.

The draft decree of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On election of the Chairperson of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Republic of Tajikistan Bakhtiyor Khudoyorzoda” was also discussed.
