Thailand’s financial aid for the elimination of natural disasters’ consequences in Badakhshan
Dushanbe, 02.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Government of Thailand, through its Embassy in Tajikistan with residence in Astana has provided financial aid for the elimination of natural disasters’ consequences that occurred last year in Badakhshan and other mountainous regions of Tajikistan.
The handover ceremony of assistance took place on January 30 at the Embassy of Tajikistan in Kazakhstan.
The Tajik Ambassador in Kazakhstan Nazirmad Alizoda conveyed the gratitude of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and noted that this assistance symbolizes the solidarity and the close relationship between the peoples of the two friendly countries and makes a significant contribution to the further development and strengthening of the Tajik-Thai relations.
