International scientific Symposium dedicated to Navruz holiday
Dushanbe, 03.03.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). – Leadership of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan in the framework of the measures on the holding of International Symposium of writers of Navruz area’s countries (March 20-24, 2016) intends to hold International Scientific Symposium dedicated to Navruz in the hall of the National Library of Tajikistan on March 19, 2016, at 10:00 pm.
According to press service of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, visitors from Navruz area’s countries, scientists, poets and writers of the country will take part in the symposium and deliver reports. It is expected that along with the plenary session, as well learning and studying of the history and philosophy of Navruz; cultural traditions of Navruz and their significance in the modern world; reflecting Navruz issues in the world of literature and the role of “Silk Road” in the development of Navruz shall be discussed.
Working languages of Symposium are the Tajik, Russian and English.
