Leader of the Tajik Nation Emomali Rahmon Visits Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi
Dushanbe, 17.03.2016 (NIAT «Khovar»). During the official visit to the UAE, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in Abu Dhabi visited the mosque named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
At the entrance to the mosque Head of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon was met by the responsible persons of the mosque with great respect and was accompanied during his familiarization with the mosque.
Tajik President Emomali Rahmon at first as a sign of respect made a prayer at the burial of Sheikh Zayed, located next to the mosque.
It should be recalled that during his first official visit to the UAE President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in 1995 met with the founder of the Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Tajik President Emomali Rahmon has been informed that the mosque was built in 2007 in honor of the Founder and the first President of the UAE Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
