U.S., Saudi Arabia Ambassadors visited CES of Tajikistan
Dushanbe, 10.03.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Chairman of Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense (CES) under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustam Nazarzoda held two meetings with Ambassadors of the United States and Saudi Arabia in Tajikistan on the prevention and elimination of natural disasters.
According to the press center of the Committee, at the meeting with U.S. Ambassador Elizabeth Millard were discussed the issues of development of bilateral ties on reducing the risks of natural disasters.
During the meeting with acting Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Tajikistan Hamza B. N. Al-Harbi were discussed the issues of development of bilateral cooperation in the area of reducing risks of natural disasters and man-made disasters. The issues of setting up cooperation with a number of programs and funds of Saudi Arabia, dealing with the problems of reducing the risks of natural disasters were also considered.
