Dushanbe, 29.04.2016. /NIAT «Khovar»/. A regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held today under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of Government of the country Emomali Rahmon.

The meeting firstly has approved and submitted to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan the draft laws on making amendments to a number of existing laws of the country.

Members of the Government, in particular, approved and submitted to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli the draft Law «On Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2016», the Law «On introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the other obligatory payments to the budget», the Law «On amendments and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On higher and postgraduate professional education», the Law «On amendments and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On privatization of state property».

The meeting also discussed issues related to the establishment of the State Unitary Enterprise «Badakhshonrohsoz», State educational institution «Polytechnic College at the Danghara State University”, State institution «Design Center for designing new industrial technologies» and the renaming of a number of state unitary enterprises and other issues related to the allocation of land plots for construction of administrative and residential buildings, industrial enterprises and workshops.

The draft agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on international road transport of passengers and cargo was also adopted.
