New Chairman of Dushanbe Court and Military Court Chairman appointed
Dushanbe, 19.04.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On April 18, by the presidential order Sadirzoda Nusratullo Abdullo has been relieved of his post as Chairman of the Court of Dushanbe in connection with his transfer to another job.
Giyozoda Ismon Qurbon was appointed as Chairman of the court of Dushanbe and relieved of his post as Chairman of the Court of Sino District of Dushanbe.
Saidzoda Gulbonu Isuf was appointed as Chairman of the District Court of Shohmansur of Dushanbe City and relieved of her post as deputy chairman of the court of Dushanbe.
The powers of the Chairman of Rushan District Court Saidraim Abdurahim have been discontinued because of his decease.
Rahmonzoda Saidali Sabzali has been relieved of his post as chairman of the Military Court of the Dushanbe Garrison in connection with his transfer to another job.
Due to personnel changes in the judiciary structure for the recall and election to the post of deputy chairman of the Supreme Courtof the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, the judges of the Supreme Court ofthe Republic of Tajikistan and judges of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has sent a proposal for approval to the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In addition, by the decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdullozoda Zikriyo and Davlatzoda Sadriddin Khol were appointed as the deputies’ chairman of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
