It is expected that the Lower House of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan soon will consider and adopt a draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On insurance activities”. This issue was discussed at the session of the Council of Lower House of Parliament that was held on April 4 under the chairmanship of Shukurjon Zuhurov — Speaker of Majlisi namoyandagon, Parliament press secretary reports.

According to the source, the members of the Council of Majlisi namoyandagon have also considered the draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On state duty”, “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs”, “On licensing certain types of activities”, “On the fight against terrorism”, “On veterinary”, “On environmental protection”, “On introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On advocacy and lawyer activity”, introduction of amendments to the Code of Airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the Family Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and have adopted relevant decisions.
