Afghan President laid flowers to the monument of I. Somoni
Dushanbe, 10.05.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani within the framework of his official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan visited the main city square “Dusti”.
Mohammad Ashraf Ghani paid tribute to the memory and laid flowers to the monument of the founder of the first Tajik state Ismoili Somoni.
It is expected that the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan today will hold the meetings with Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda, Chairman of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zuhurov, as well as with the students at the Tajik National University.
